Kathy

Navigating a breast cancer diagnosis in September 2019 and the subsequent journey through treatments in 2020 compelled me to seek a change in my life’s direction.

Kathy Reflexologist

Amidst the trials of 2020, I embarked on a transformative path by enrolling in a Reflexology course that September. With determination, I navigated the challenges of lockdowns and uncertainties throughout 2021, building up the practical hours and emerging successfully in my exams to become a Reflexologist.

To better support my clients, I achieved my RCRTâ„¢ (Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist) certification through the Reflexology Association of Canada, maintaining a high standard of practice and ethics. This certification empowers clients to seek reimbursement through their benefits package if it covers reflexology services.

In addition to Foot Reflexology, I have fulfilled the certification requirements in Indie Head Massage, Hot Stone, Facial, Cranial Reflexology, and Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage.

Expanding on my passion for holistic wellness, I also offer Tuning Fork Sound Therapy and Singing Bowl Sound Meditations. These gentle sound-based therapies work to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and support the body’s natural healing processes, creating an even broader foundation for clients to experience restoration and balance.

In embracing my role as a Reflexologist and sound therapy practitioner, I am poised to dedicate my time to the well-being of others. By imparting relaxation, alleviating stress, and fostering wellness, I aspire to make a positive impact on the lives of those I am privileged to serve. This journey is deeply meaningful to me, and I’m enthusiastic about contributing to the enhancement of individuals’ lives through the healing potential of Reflexology and Sound Therapy.
