No-Show & Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Because I’m a small practice, late cancellations and missed appointments prevent me from offering that time to another client.

As a solo practitioner, I’m only paid when I’m able to provide a session, so late cancellations and no-shows directly impact my ability to support my practice. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting this policy.

24 Hours’ Notice Required

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel, reschedule, or make changes to your appointment.

Late Cancellations (Less Than 24 Hours)

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.

No-Shows

If you do not attend your appointment (a “no-show”), you will be charged the full session fee.

Late Arrivals

If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I will do my best to accommodate you, but your appointment may need to be shortened to end at the scheduled time. If I’m unable to accommodate the late arrival, the appointment can be rescheduled. If we cannot find a time to reschedule, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation/no-show and you will be charged the full session fee.

Emergencies & Illness

I understand that unexpected situations happen (sudden illness, family emergencies, severe weather, etc.). If something comes up, please reach out as soon as possible. Courtesy waivers may be considered on a case-by-case basis when there has been good communication and the situation is genuinely outside your control.

Rebooking After a Missed Appointment

After a no-show or late cancellation, payment in full may be required in advance to book future appointments.

Insurance

Late cancellation and no-show fees are not eligible for insurance reimbursement.
