Your business is valued, and your cooperation is appreciated. I am making a commitment to you to guarantee your reflexology appointment time and refuse all other requests once you have made the appointment.
To ensure that all of my clients are treated fairly and receive treatments on time, I ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to change, reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you change or reschedule your appointment without providing 24-hour advance notice or fail to keep your appointment (if you are a no-show*), you could be charged for the appointment.
When you book a reflexology appointment, that time is set aside for you, and missed appointments prevent me from accommodating other clients. Please understand that I am a small business and only get paid when I deliver a service.
* Life happens! If you are running more than 15 minutes behind, I will try to accommodate the late arrival, but the appointment may need to be rescheduled and treated as a no-show.
