No-Show & Cancellation Policy

Your business is valued, and your cooperation is appreciated. I am making a commitment to you to guarantee your appointment time and refuse all other requests once you have made the appointment.

To ensure that all of my clients are treated fairly and are able to receive treatment in a timely manner, I ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to change, reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you change or reschedule your appointment without providing 24-hour advance notice or fail to keep your appointment (if you are a no-show) you will be charged a fee of $70. 

• When you book an appointment, that time is set aside for you, and missed appointments prevent me from accommodating other clients. Please understand that I am a small business and only get paid when I deliver a service.
• 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations.
• Payment in full ($70) will be required for late cancellations or “no-shows” unless:
  • the appointment can be filled
  • COVID-19 cancellations due to symptoms or exposure are cancelled without question, rebooking will require 14 days or negative testing.
    • An appointment may be cancelled by myself or the client if symptoms are present.
• If an emergency arises, please let me know as soon as possible so that I can treat your specific situation with personal attention. I recognize that there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.) and I may make an exception to the above policies on those rare occasions.
• Missed appointment fees are not eligible for direct billing or insurance compensation.
• After the first no-show, payment in full upon re-booking will be required
