As a Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist (RCRT™) with the Reflexology Association of Canada, I adhere to nationally recognized standards of practice and ethical guidelines. This designation reflects my commitment to providing safe, effective, and client-centered reflexology sessions. It also means my services may be eligible for insurance reimbursement under some extended health benefit plans.
Cranial Reflexology Bergman Method is unique in the genre and is the only Cranial Reflexology method which uses underpinning reflexology-specific knowledge and skills, and the 10 Zones. It also considers all three theories for the ‘breathing inhale and exhale’ of fluids which pulsate when you are working on the head surrounding the brain. The sequences are applied to the cranial area at the top, sides and back of the head.

Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage is an award-winning technique, developed by Sally Kay, that focuses on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet to support the body's lymphatic system. Initially researched within Cancer Care, RLD offers a unique approach to managing conditions like lymphoedema, especially following breast cancer treatment, where swelling and psychological effects can significantly impact quality of life.
