Reflexology-Supported Track — $990

  • Everything in Online-Only, plus: 
    • Weekly in-person reflexology for those in the Kitchener-Waterloo area
    • Small cohorts, enrollment opens every 14 weeks—first-come, first-served

Reflexology Only - $75-135/session

  •  In-person reflexology in Kitchener-Waterloo
  • Choose between the full Face/Hand/Foot sequence or a combo of 2

 

Each in-person session can be tailored to you:

  • Face, Hand & Foot — enjoy the full combined treatment in one session 
  • Combination — focus on two areas (face + foot, hand + face, or hand + foot) in one session

Session length and price will depend on the option you book.

Menopause Reflexology is designed to support women through the physical, emotional, and energetic changes of perimenopause and menopause. This unique approach combines facial, hand, and foot reflexology sequences created specifically to ease common symptoms such as hot flashes, sleep disturbances, stress, fatigue, and mood changes.
